Is it possible to park directly at the hotel?

There is ample free parking available in front of the hotel all year round. We also offer a heated hotel garage – 350 CZK per night in the winter season, 250 CZK per night outside the season. The number of spaces is limited, advance reservation at the reception is required.

Do you offer parking for motorcycles?

Yes, motorcycles can be parked for free directly in front of the hotel, or you can use the covered heated garage parking. The garage fee is 350 CZK per night in the winter season and 250 CZK per night outside the season. The garage is an ideal choice for longer stays or bad weather. Advance reservation of the garage parking is required – we recommend mentioning this request when booking your stay. Your motorcycle will be safe with us.

Is there internet available at the hotel?

Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel.

Can we stay at your hotel with a dog?

We are a dog-friendly hotel – your four-legged companions are warmly welcome here!
A stay with a dog is possible for an additional charge of 250 CZK per day. For your dog, we will prepare a bed and a bowl directly in the room so they feel at home with us.

Additionally, you will receive a small free gift from us – a Dog Friendly keychain and a car sticker, so you can show the world that you are traveling with your pet.

We have also prepared a special stay offer for our four-legged friends, making your shared moments in the mountains even more comfortable.

When can I check in and when is check-out?

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Early arrival is possible upon prior arrangement, subject to availability, and for a fee of 150 CZK for each started hour. To confirm this option, please contact the reception ideally one day before your planned arrival.

If you expect to arrive later, please inform us in advance – we will be happy to accommodate you if the reception’s operating hours allow it.

Check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you would like to extend your stay, we can offer a late check-out subject to availability, also for a fee of 150 CZK for each started hour. We will store your luggage at the reception free of charge until the evening so you can fully enjoy your day in Špindlerův Mlýn.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception is available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. At the reception, you can purchase basic hygiene products, snacks, drinks, small souvenirs, and keepsakes. We are also happy to provide you with tips for trips, information about the area, or help you book wellness services. We are here for you – don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do you have relaxation facilities or a gaming zone at the hotel?

The hotel offers a gaming and relaxation zone with PlayStation available for a small additional fee of 100 CZK per hour. You can pick up the room keys at the reception. The opening hours match the reception’s operating hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Is it possible to pay with benefit programs or through FKSP at your hotel?

Yes, you can pay for your stay with us using benefit programs such as Edenred, Benefity.cz, Sodexo, or Benefit Plus. We also accept payments through FKSP. For more details, please contact the reception or ask when making your reservation.

Can I manage my reservation online?

Manage your reservation conveniently online – anytime and anywhere. You can freely modify your booking through our web interface, fully functional on both computers and mobile phones.
Complete online check-in, order additional services, or pay your entire reservation upfront to save time at the reception.

Do you have a restaurant or bar at the hotel?

Yes, there is a restaurant right in the hotel, where we serve breakfast and dinner buffet-style. In case of lower occupancy, the hotel reserves the right to offer dinner as a served menu.

You can enjoy our lunch menu daily from 12:00 to 15:00 at our hotel bar, which is open from 12:00 to 22:00. The current menu is available at the hotel reception. During the day, the bar also offers light meals from the snack menu and a wide selection of alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and mixed drinks.

Upon request, we are happy to prepare gluten-free or lactose-free dishes for you – just inform us in advance.

What are the breakfast and dinner serving hours?

Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. You can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes, fresh pastries, a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, sweet pastries, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee.

Dinner is served daily from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM as a buffet with a variety of hot and cold dishes, salads, desserts, and vegetarian options. During low occupancy, the hotel reserves the right to serve dinner as a set menu with a choice of several dishes. Drinks are not included in the half-board price.

Can I order breakfast or dinner even if I’m not staying at the hotel?

Yes, even if you are not staying at the hotel, you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with us.
You can purchase **breakfast** directly at the reception for 250 CZK per person.
We offer **dinner** buffet for 390 CZK per person – we recommend reserving it in advance.

Do you offer ski and bike storage?

The hotel offers a lockable ski and bike storage for you, which you can use free of charge throughout your stay. Your sports equipment will be safe with us and always ready for the next day full of adventures. The storage also includes a charging station for e-bikes and, during the winter season, a dryer for ski boots and footwear to ensure maximum comfort every day.

 

Can we rent bikes or scooters from you?

Are you planning a cycling trip in the Krkonoše Mountains or just want to enjoy the mountain trails a little differently? Take advantage of the bike and scooter rental available directly at our hotel. Just arrange it with the reception and everything will be ready at the agreed time.

Our guests have the option to rent well-maintained bikes including helmets at a discounted price of 445 CZK per day. The same conditions apply to scooter rentals, which are available for 345 CZK per day.

The rental includes basic maintenance and protective gear, so you can enjoy your trip safely and worry-free. In addition to the equipment, guests of Hotel Montana also receive discounts on other services from our partner, such as guided tours or instructor-led lessons.

What other services do you offer?

For maximum comfort and enjoyment of your stay with us, we offer a wide range of additional services.

You can purchase small necessities for your comfort during your stay at the reception. You can please your loved ones with gift vouchers, which are perfect as a gift for any occasion. We will also be happy to help you book entry to the Water Paradise, where you can enjoy fun and relaxation. In addition, you can borrow Nordic Walking poles for 100 CZK for the entire stay (we recommend booking in advance at the reception). For even greater comfort, we also offer a bathrobe rental for 50 CZK per day – ideal for wellness or relaxation right in your room.
