Špindlerův Mlýn is the centre of summer as well as winter tourism and recreation with the possibility of bathing. Thanks to its location in the central area of Giant Mountains, Špindlerův Mlýn is much-sough-for especially for skiing. From the centre of Špindlerův Mlýn there is chair lift to Přední planina located 1.196 m above the sea level. From Špindlerův Mlýn it is possible to make many interesting trips, for example to Horní Mísečky, spring of Labe, Špindlerova bouda (cottage) or to Sněžka.
